What is the procedure for receiving payment for gold?

If, for any reason, we are unable to perform a reliable verification, we will not be able to purchase the gold you have brought.

Once the gold has been verified and confirmed to meet the criteria for investment gold, we will sign an "Investment Gold Purchase Agreement." By signing this agreement, you confirm that the investment gold you are selling to us is your personal property and is not the subject of any criminal offense. In accordance with the "Law for Precious Metal Items," we will require a valid form of personal identification (such as an ID card or passport) to prepare the purchase agreement and verify your identity.

How do you make payments for the purchase of investment gold, and when will I receive the funds?

We issue payments for the investment gold you sell to us in Macedonian Denars, transferring the funds to your personal Dinar-denominated bank account. If the payout is processed on a business day before 14:00, the funds will reach your account within a same day. If it is processed after 14:00 or on a non-business day, the funds will be in your account during the morning of the next business day.

Payouts to foreign currency accounts are not possible. This is because, under the current laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, transactions are permitted exclusively in the domestic currency—the Macedonian Denar (MKD)—with the exception of real estate transactions.

Is it necessary to have proof that I purchased investment gold from?

If you purchased investment gold from and now wish to sell it, it is obligatory to have the documentation provided at the time of purchase (invoice, certificate, and fiscal receipt). However, if for any reason you do not have this documentation—for example, if it has been lost, or if you received the gold as a gift and the original owner did not provide the documents—we will be able to locate you (or the person who gifted it to you) in our customer database. We will then repurchase the gold at the buyback rate applicable to products originally purchased from us.
