Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• Processing window: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends).

• Cut-off time: Orders placed after [e.g., 14:00 hour will be processed starting the next business day.

• Delays: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales events), processing may take an extra 2–3 business days.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

• Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within North Macedonia.

• International Customs & Duties: Customers outside of North Macedonia are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their exporting goods.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Tracking numbers are usually active and show updates within 24 hours.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, please save the original box and packaging materials, and contact us immediately with photos at info@investapediagold.mk within 5 days of delivery, so we can file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.

• Lost or delayed packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it—or if tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days—reach out to our support team at info@investapediagold.mk with your order number.
