The protection of user privacy is regulated in greater detail in the Notice on the Processing of Personal Data; we therefore invite you to review this document.

III. Ordering Process and Execution of Sales via the Investapedia Gold Online Store
Data Verification – Investapedia DOOEL reserves the right to contact the User by phone to verify the information provided during the ordering process. In the event of doubt regarding the accuracy of the provided data, or if the data cannot be verified, Investapedia DOOEL reserves the right to cancel the order, of which the User will be notified. Users may check the delivery status by calling +389/71-50-60-09 or by emailing info@investapediagold.mk.
Information regarding the origin of the products – Investapedia informs users that the Products are sourced exclusively from foreign manufacturers—refineries that are members of the LBMA association and certified by the London Bullion Market Association ("LBMA"). The LBMA is an organization that regulates and guarantees the quality of production and trading of precious metals, including gold and silver, on a global scale. Due to its stringent requirements and established reputation, the LBMA’s certification effectively eliminates the possibility of product manipulation (for example, discrepancies in weight or the gold failing to meet the agreed-upon fineness, etc.).

Purchasing and Selling Procedures
Users may complete a purchase in one of the following two ways:
Purchase from stock (inventory) – this entails the issuance of payment instructions, followed by the delivery of the Product and accompanying documentation as soon as the payment is recorded on the transaction account statement of Investapedia DOOEL Skopje at the commercial bank. or
Advance Purchase – entails the issuance of payment instructions, followed—upon receipt and verification of the payment in the transaction account of Investapedia DOOEL Skopje at a commercial bank—by the delivery of the Product and accompanying documentation within a period of 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) business days.
Prices for both purchasing methods are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. As a general rule, advance purchases are offered at more favorable prices compared to immediate (spot) purchases.
The specific method of the transaction (from stock or via advance purchase) will be clearly presented to the Buyer when creating the order, prior to the Buyer’s confirmation of said order.
As we aim to offer our clients the best possible prices for investment gold, we actively work to optimize our cost base; consequently, we do not support the use of debit or credit cards for transactions. In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, the User does not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement, as it concerns the delivery of goods the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market—fluctuations that Investapedia DOOEL, as the trader, cannot influence and which may occur during the withdrawal period.

Product Prices
Product prices are expressed in Denars and include all statutory tax obligations, where applicable. The prices valid at the time the payment instructions are issued shall apply, provided that payment is made and recorded within the specified timeframe.

Product Quality
Gold Specifications
• Purity (fineness): Minimum 995.0 parts per thousand (99.5% purity).
• Weight: From 2g to 1 kilogram.
• Markings: Must include the serial number, the refinery’s hallmark (certifying purity), the level of purity (expressed to four significant digits), and the year of production.
• Appearance: In the form of a bar or coin, featuring specific indentations and cast in traditional molds; laser engraving is prohibited for standard large bars.

Certification
We provide a 100% guaranteed certificate of origin and quality for the products. All products offered by Investapedia Gold are LBMA-certified.
*Dealers of investment gold or silver are not permitted to issue certificates, with the exception of authorized dealers representing the refineries that produce investment-grade metals.
Clarification regarding LBMA accreditation
• For corporate entities only: The LBMA "Good Delivery" list applies exclusively to qualified refineries/producers that meet strict criteria

...production, financial value, and responsible sourcing.
• Restrictions for individuals: The organization’s rules do not provide for individual membership or personal certification.
• Product certification: When an "LBMA certificate" is mentioned regarding precious metals intended for retail, it means that the physical gold or silver bar was produced by an LBMA-accredited refinery and bears the appropriate hallmark, serial number, and purity details; it does not mean that a certificate has been issued in the name of an individual.

Finalizing the Order
Once the user:
Adds a product (or products) to the cart;
Receives information regarding the order total, at which point the User may choose between delivery to a specified address or collection at the premises of Investapedia DOOEL (located at 2-4 Nikola Vaptsarov St., 6th floor).
Receives confirmation of the details regarding the chosen purchase/sale method (from stock or via advance purchase);
Accepts the order and confirms the above by clicking one of the following options:
- "Proceed to Pro-forma Invoice"; - Cash;
- Paysera (Investapedia is the first dealer in investment metals to utilize Paysera’s services. Paysera is an international digital payment platform offering services in 180 countries, including currency exchange, digital accounts, and payment collection solutions for online stores. Paysera Macedonia is the first payment institution for electronic money officially licensed by the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia);

Confirmation of the ordered Products and payment instructions will be sent to the email address provided by the User during account registration or when placing an order. Once the payment has been registered, the User will receive confirmation that the payment has been received.
The provided payment instructions will specify the amount the User is required to pay for the Product. The User must complete the payment for the specified amount within the timeframe indicated in the payment instructions; this is because the prices of these products depend on fluctuations in the financial market—factors over which Investapedia DOOEL, as the seller, has no control.

Payment Deadline
The amount for the Product, payable by the User based on the issued payment instructions, must be paid within the specified deadline. If the User fails to pay the agreed and invoiced price within the specified deadline, the payment order becomes invalid.
Cash Payments
As of January 1, 2025, cash payments or collections for goods and services exceeding the equivalent of 1,000 euros in Macedonian denars are prohibited.
In practice, this means that you may purchase investment gold with a total value of up to 1,000 euros using cash, linked to a single national ID card.

Note: Upon selecting and adding the chosen goods and/or services to the virtual shopping cart and completing the electronic ordering process—by clicking the button to finalize the order—the client will receive a legally binding contractual offer and a payment order for the goods and/or services contained in the cart.
On the date the payment order is issued, Investapedia DOOEL will reserve the ordered quantities of investment metals with the manufacturer; consequently, the payment obligation becomes BINDING for the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to pay the full amount specified in the payment order—for which the Buyer has previously provided consent and accepted the General Purchase Terms available on the website www.investapediagold.mk—on the same day, Investapedia DOOEL reserves the right to claim monetary compensation from the Buyer. This claim arises from the financial obligation incurred by Investapedia DOOEL to pay the manufacturer for the ordered investment metals.

Execution Date
Upon receipt of payment from the Buyer, Investapedia DOOEL will reserve the products from its existing stock or place an order with the manufacturer, thereby finalizing the product order.
Upon a valid request from the client, Investapedia will issue a refund within 3 days.
The user is not entitled to any interest for the period between the date of payment and the date of the refund.

Delivery of products is available exclusively within the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia. The value of goods sent via postal delivery is insured. Delivery costs are to be borne by the Buyer. In the case of advance sales, once it is confirmed that the Customer has paid the amount specified in the advance invoice, Investapedia DOOEL will allow the buyer to collect the purchased Product from the Investapedia DOOEL headquarters within a timeframe of 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) business days.
For purchases from stock, the estimated delivery time is two to three business days from the date of payment. In accordance with legal provisions, the delivery period may not exceed 30 days.
If the Customer fails to collect the Product at the designated delivery location, or if delivery is not possible due to circumstances on the Customer's side, the Customer will be provided with information regarding the location and time at which...

...may collect the Product in person.
Investapedia DOOEL reserves the right to change the agreed-upon delivery schedule and method due to subsequently arising circumstances or reasons beyond its control; in such cases, it will propose a new delivery date in consultation with the User.

Note regarding advance purchases:
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions for purchases made via the website www.investapediagold.mk, the User acknowledges and agrees that the delivery period for advance purchases is not within the control of Investapedia DOOEL, and that, for valid reasons, the delivery timeframe may be longer or shorter than anticipated. Investapedia DOOEL is obligated to provide the User with full information regarding the expected delivery date of the Product at all times.
If the Product is not delivered due to the fault of Investapedia DOOEL, and 14 business days have elapsed since the date the Agreement was concluded, the User has the right to terminate the Agreement and request a refund.

Product Reservation
For Products added to the User's shopping cart and paid for via bank transfer after 14:30, the purchase process does not constitute a reservation. A product is reserved only upon confirmation that the full amount has been paid into Investapedia’s bank account by the User, provided this occurs by 14:30 on the same business day. If the Product is added to the cart and the purchase is confirmed after 14:30, there is a possibility that the stock is no longer available; the User will be notified accordingly.

The User may file a complaint by sending it to the address of Investapedia DOOEL or electronically via email at: info@investapediagold.mk. The deadline for a response to a complaint is 8 days from the date of its receipt. The deadline for resolving the complaint and reaching a final decision is 15 days.

If there is visible damage to the purchased Product—such as cracks or missing parts—the User must immediately report this to the courier delivering the goods; otherwise, the shipment shall be deemed delivered free of any visible defects.
